Here’s what to expect

  • COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY RELEASE FORM

  • Upon appointment, you will be asked to complete a quick 5 question intake form. During the intake process, we will log your temperature, arrival date/time and sign a form stating that they have not been sick in the past 14 days nor have they been around anyone who is sick. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, please call us immediately to reschedule, no penalty for late cancellation.

  • We will do mandatory temperature checks when you arrive with a touchless thermometer.

  • We will also move to contactless check-out with your credit card on file to prevent touching & passing germs.

  • Please don’t bring any personal items with you, your phone will go in a UV sterilizer upon arrival.

  • Please bring your own masks. Guests will be required to wear a mask that secures around their ears for the entirety of their appointment. If we have to provide you with a mask, we will charge an extra $5 for the extra added cost for supplies. We will ensure proper sanitation to keep our studio environment safe for everyone.

  • Guests are not allowed to bring anyone with them to the appointment. We have to maintain 10 people in the studio at all times. Waiting area and magazines will be suspended for the time. We ask that you remain in the car, text or call us and our staff will let you know when to enter the salon. Call 925-385-7218

  • Guests will be asked to wash their hands or sanitize upon arrival. As we will also be washing hands and sanitizing the station beforehand.

  • We can not accommodate any animals outside of their carrier. If you have a service dog, they must remain in the carrier the entire time.

  • Contactless greeting. As much as we would love to give each and everyone of our clients a hug and handshake upon arrival, at this time we have to refrain from doing so.

  • Please refrain from touching retail products and ask our receptionist or staff member for help.

  • Please keep talking to a minimum because of the proximity of the appointment, we do not want to pass any droplets to one another.

  • Please keep a distance of 6 feet with anyone you may encounter while in the studio. our part in Sanitation

  • All lash artists will be required to wear a mask and face shield during each service

  • Chairs and surfaces will be disinfected before and after each client’s appointment.

  • All lash artists will be required to disinfect their tweezers in the UV sterilizer machine, wash hands after and before each client, wipe down any surfaces touched.

  • Our front desk receptionist will be disinfecting commonly used surfaces every 30 minutes such as door knobs, iPads, etc.

  • Our staff/receptionist will prepare and disinfect any retail products purchased.

  • A new bib will be placed after each client to ensure sanitation.
